Global warming
Global warming is brought out by rising the density of the greenhouse-effect gases in the atmosphere. Greenhouse effect gases are
and so on. The surface of the earth absorbs the infrared rays from the sun and give off them. Greenhouse-effect gases have the trait to absorbe the infrared rays and give off them. A part of the infrared rays that will return to the surface of the earth. If the density of greenhouse-effect gases rise, tht heat becomes difficult to escape from the earth and temperature rise too.

Since the Industrial Revolution, the consumption volume of the fossil fuel is in a remarkable increase trend and the density of greenhouse-effect gases, especially that of carbon dioxide continue to increase. ( data, environment white paper ) When it continues to discharge greenhouse-effect gases without doing nothing, the average temperature of the earth is expected that it goes up 3 in 2100, about 1.5 in 2050 than present. It is said that various influences will appear, even the rise of the average temperature of only several degrees. If the temperature rised,

  1. The sea surface rise up, because the fusion of mountain glacier and the expansion of the sea water. It is expected that the sea surface goes up 0.5 m than present,iIn 2100 . Therefore the area as low as the sea level sinks water. Islands which are low are lose large regions by this.
  2. The pressure of water vaper rises by the rise of the seawater temperature and the water vapor quantity in the atmosphere increases. Therefore the whole precipitation will increase but abnormal weather will often happen and in the interior of continents, precipitation decrease and desertification go.
  3. It is said that a the methane which is saved in permanent soil area will be discharged and invite further warming.
  4. The inhabitant areas of plants and animals will be moving to the north following with the temperature rise. Then the ecosystem will change and some of them become extinct. Furthermore, ticks, mosquitos and flies which at present inhabit in tropics, expand their inhabitant area to subtropics and temperate zones such as Japan. Therefore tropical epidemic deseses will be spreading.
  5. When temperature becomes high the aged whose adjustment function for temperature became weak are easy to die with sunstroke and so on. It is expected especially in developing country that there are no coolers.
Therefore in the Kyoto conference, in December, 1997.I was decided that the discharge quantity of carbon dioxide of the industrialized country is cut 5% out of it in 1990 in 2012 from 2008 .
